Welcome to thelinebykshop.us. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us. The information below explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for domestic and international orders.
Domestic Return Policy (United States)
We offer free returns on eligible domestic orders. Items must be in new condition with all original tags attached. Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 21 shipping service days (Mon–Sat) from the date your order was marked delivered.
- Returns delivered after the 21-day window will be refused and sent back to the customer.
- Used, washed, worn, or damaged items will be returned to the address on file.
- Items with perfume scent, makeup residue, or any stains cannot be accepted.
International Return Policy
We accept international returns on new, unworn items with tags attached. Returns must reach our warehouse within 30 shipping service days (Mon–Sat) from the delivery date.
- Returns arriving after the 30-day window will be rejected and returned to the customer.
- Used, washed, or damaged items cannot be accepted.
- International customers must arrange their own return shipping with a trackable method. Insurance is recommended.

Final Sale Items
Items discounted 40% or more or marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any Final Sale item sent back will be returned to the sender.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe you received a defective item, please contact us at what@thelinebykshop.us with a brief description and one or two clear photos.
- Items are considered faulty if received damaged or if a manufacturing defect appears within 30 days of purchase.
- Damage caused by misuse is not considered a defect.

How do I start a return?
- Visit our returns center.
- Enter your order number and email.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
What items are returnable?
- Items returned within 21 days (domestic) or 30 days (international).
- Items in unused, unworn, and resellable condition.
- Items with original packaging and tags.
What items cannot be returned?
- Final Sale merchandise.
- Items showing wear, scent, stains, or residue.
- Items outside the return window.
The item I received is damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Can I exchange an item?
We offer free exchanges on domestic orders. Once approved, your replacement will ship with a new tracking number. International orders do not qualify for exchanges at this time.
Refund Options
- Refund to the original payment method.
- Store credit (if applicable).
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
What if I used store credit or a gift card?
Returns from purchases made with gift cards or store credit will be refunded to store credit.
